Natasha Cook is a Bristol based artist. Born in 1986, she found her talent in art at a very young age and was commissioned for work as young as 12. She gained full marks in GCSE and A level art exhibiting her work throughout the school and selling to private collectors. Her art teachers found her a place at the Surrey institute of Art but she chose to take science further and continue art on the side.
She has a Neuroscience degree from Bristol University and PGCE in science from UWE. Combining her passion for art with love of science has enabled her to take on different views and angles of the world which can be seen throughout her work.
Natasha is now married with two children Gracie and Ivy-Belle and runs her private nursery from home. Being surrounded by children has inspired and influenced her art as she likes to use bright bold colours, imagination and innocence to recreate the perfect hidden world. Natasha's work can be found in various galleries, cafés, businesses, bars and shops. Her work has been sold to many private collectors and restaurants including the famous Bristol Cow Shed.
